13227 Int./Adv. Wheel Throwing and Handbuilding
Class description:
Students in intermediate pottery will be required to have a minimal knowledge of or exposure to clay, so they may keep up with the class. (Only rudimentary knowledge of clay and some experience of throwing on a wheel or hand building.)
Students will be offered a demonstration in each class. These may include such things as hand-building, wheel throwing, sculpture, glaze making or application, firing and a variety of other pottery techniques. Assignments may be given and ample time and help will be provided for those pursuing individual projects.
