Bobbie Kay Hart
My name is Bobbie Hart. I live in Lexington on the shore of Lake Huron in a little red house, just a stones throw from the water. I am married and have four very active children, also a caregiver to the elderly and disabled. In my spare time, I hunt for beach glass and materials to create 2D and 3D images. I also sculpt statues: eagles, a life sized man, a dragon and currently a bust, in honor of Anna Geer, a tribute to a very special Lady that lived 108 years on this earth. Those sculptures are large and true to the size of life. I’ve done miniature sculpting as well, created a family of mermaids and wrote a story about their travels on the Great Lakes. I look to God to inspire me, all I have to do is ask him to give me a new idea to start a new creation. I ask him to give me the materials I would need and the picture in my head of the finished product. Now I’ll ask for the momentum to carry on even when it looks funny.
He allways comes through, giving me these beautiful Great Lakes and all that they have to offer in them, and peace of mind to realize it was God’s idea first.
